A small detail that I failed to mention to Phil was that I signed him up for a 5k today. Well, the Village Park Pacers were to walk/run today in Alpharetta. I cancelled it earlier in the week and then I changed my mind because he felt great on Friday and he is a runner. So, why not?

Phil is incredibly fit and will not train in 3 months and then decide to go out and run 10 miles with no problem. Ticks us off. One of the reasons he got the name Philtron from Sister Julie.
